Our History


In February 1999, a small home-based operation was born in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. It was launched with six support workers.

From these humble beginnings word quickly spread about the quality of service delivered by the team, and Omni-Care grew to become the well-loved company it is today.
Omni-Care remains a family-owned and operated business. We’ve worked hard to
ensure our clients receive personal and responsive assistance, and we know this makes all the difference in what can be a stressful and complex situation.

We now service all areas of metropolitan Melbourne and have a workforce of approximately 500 people, including office staff and support workers. As we expand, our priorities remain the same – to keep our clients front of mind always while providing flexible and top-quality practical support.
