The must-haves:
  • A caring nature and compassionate attitude as well as being able to show a good understanding of quality care.
  • A current driver’s license and your own car.
  • National police check or NDIS screening check.
  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or first year Nursing.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The must-haves:
  • You’ll be a people-person with great social skills
  • You’ll enjoy problem-solving with a strong focus on solutions
  • You’ll be professional with the ability to quickly decipher client needs
  • You’ll have appropriate training (minimum Cert III HACC, Aged or Disability Care)
  • You’ll have a mobile telephone and your own car

All Omni-Care support workers are trained in COVID safe procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
