The must-haves:
- A caring nature and compassionate attitude as well as being able to show a good understanding of quality care.
- A current driver’s license and your own car.
- National police check or NDIS screening check.
- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or first year Nursing.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The must-haves:
- You’ll be a people-person with great social skills
- You’ll enjoy problem-solving with a strong focus on solutions
- You’ll be professional with the ability to quickly decipher client needs
- You’ll have appropriate training (minimum Cert III HACC, Aged or Disability Care)
- You’ll have a mobile telephone and your own car
