Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone who needs help to live a quality life at home. We assist the elderly, people with a disability or a medical condition, and those looking for an extra set of hands. Our clients range in age from children to retirees.

The easiest way to get started is to call us on (03) 9484 8102 or click on the ‘Get In Touch’ icon on the home page and send us an email. One of our staff members will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your needs.

If you have a Home Care or NDIS Package then the cost of your care comes out of your package. You may be required to make a co-payment, however, this depends on the services that you require and your financial circumstances.

If you’re not eligible for a package or your package doesn’t meet your needs, you can pay privately for our services.

When paying privately we ask you to sign a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions of your service provision. It’s a straightforward document. We can post or email it out to you and you can post or email it back. Once we receive this documentation we can start within 24 hours.

If you have a disability and you live in Victoria visit the Department of Human Services website at http://www.ndis.gov.au to see if you are eligible for assistance or call the NDIS Hotline on 1800 800 110.

If you’re elderly you should access the My Aged Care website at www.myagedcare.gov.au or call the Aged Care Information line on 1800 200 422.

Feeling comfortable with your support workers is essential to a successful service. We want you to have a good rapport with our staff and put every effort into ensuring a good match, however we recognise that sometimes you would like to make a change and we are happy to accommodate this.

We can provide 24hr assistance 7 days per week with alternating support workers.
